Hello and welcome to the website of The Marylebone Mountaineering and Climbing Club in London

We are one of London's friendliest climbing clubs and warmly welcome new members. Walkers, mountaineers and climbers are of all standards and everyone is very welcome. We have around 100 members which means it is easy to get to know just about everyone in the club.

The activities of the club are centred around monthly meets held throughout the year with additional meets in the summer. The meets take place all over the UK as we are not tied to a club hut. To see what happens on a typical summer climbing meet have a look at this meet report or if winter walking is your thing check this report out.

Many informal trips are also organised outside of the meet program and there are normally people going away just about every weekend in the summer. People organise foreign trips too, typically mountaineering to the Alps, sport climbing in Spain or bouldering in Fontainebleau , and anyone expressing an interest can easily get involved in these activities.
